About this role

You'll be visiting patients in Etobicoke and York Performing routine and specialized nursing duties on a one-on-one basis following a Care Plan. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4 visits a day (9:45am, 10:30am, 12:40pm, and 2:00pm)
Requirements:

CNO registration in good standing Recent experience with diabetes management will be considered an asset Pediatric care experience will be considered a strong asset Drivers License and access to own vehicle are a must
