We are seeking a

Disability Community Support Worker
to provideessential care and support
to individuals withdisabilities
in theirhomes
orcommunity settings

in promotingindependence, dignity, and quality of life
for the individuals you serve.Key Responsibilities
Provide
assistance with daily living activities
, includingpersonal hygiene, meal preparation
, andmedication reminders/administration
Offercompanionship
andemotional support
to create apositive environment
Assist withmobility, lifting, and transfers
Observe and report
anychanges in health or behavior
to appropriate personnel Deliverindividualized care
for clients withvarying disabilities
Encouragemental stimulation
andsocial interaction
through meaningful activities Maintain aclean and safe environment
, includinglight housekeeping
Completeaccurate documentation
of care provided and client updatesQualifications & Requirements
Previous experience
supporting individuals with disabilities isstrongly preferred
Comfortable withlifting, transferring
, and othermobility assistance
Strong communication skills
to work effectively withclients, families, and care teams
Empathetic and patient demeanor
, with agenuine commitment
to improving others' lives Must bedependable, punctual
, and able to workflexible hours
, includingevenings or weekends
if neededClear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
(dated within the last 6 months) requiredValid First Aid & CPR certification
(Basic or Standard level) Must belegally authorized to work in Canada
(valid work or study permit

Pay: $15.50 per hour
