We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Community Relations Manager with a passion for selling seniors' care and a talent for building meaningful relationships in the community. This is a key role in our boutique retirement residence, responsible for promoting our vibrant lifestyle and supporting our continued lease-up efforts as we open our final floor.

- You're often out and about representing us in the community, attending events, and meeting with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive occupancy by implementing and executing grassroots and strategic marketing plans. Build strong relationships with potential residents, families, and community partners. Lead outreach initiatives and independently coordinate promotional events. Maintain and manage CRM data (YARDI), tracking leads and move-in conversions. Deliver impactful presentations and confidently explain tenancy agreements and care packages. Monitor market trends and report on competitive intelligence. Collaborate with all departments to ensure an exceptional and consistent brand experience. Provide sales training and mentoring to the broader team, championing a culture of fun and engagement. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Sales Manager - Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales (e.g., hospitality, real estate, healthcare, or retirement living) Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in lease-up or growth environments Experience in Retirement Living or Healthcare sales is an asset, but not required An affinity for working with seniors Ability to quickly learn and apply relevant legislation and policies related to retirement living Strong proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and CRM platforms Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Commission pay
Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
