Job Description

Our client, a leading organization dedicated to community support, is seeking a Community Outreach & Home Food Assistance Coordinator to oversee and enhance their home delivery service. This role involves collaborating across departments, managing client intake, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth program operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Home Delivery Working Group and drive program improvements.
• Coordinate home deliveries, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Operations team and volunteer drivers.
• Conduct client intake, assess needs, and provide referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and generate reports.
• Use a trauma-informed approach to support vulnerable clients.
• Assist with reception duties and donor interactions as needed.

• Post-secondary education in social work or a related field.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
• Fluent in English is required; & French is an asset.
