Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Health Representative to serve as a vital link between our organization and the community. This role involves engaging with community members, promoting our initiatives, and fostering positive relationships to enhance community involvement. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about community development and possess strong communication skills.

Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing information about our programs and services. Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach activities to promote our mission and engage residents. Collaborate with local organizations, businesses to build partnerships that support community initiatives. Gather feedback from the community to assess needs and improve services offered by our organization. Develop promotional materials and social media content to raise awareness of community programs. Maintain accurate records of community interactions and report on engagement metrics to management.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with community members. Experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using social media platforms for outreach purposes is a plus. A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the community is essential.
