We work together to expand the reach of our charity partners in the Calgary area. Our Community Fundraising team has one goal in mind. That goal is to impact as many community members per day on our charity partner's mission.The demand for our services is greater than ever, and we are hiring an Entry Level Community Fundraising Representative to aid with our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Community Fundraising Representative:

• Educate community members on our charity partners mission in order to increase donations
• Attend in-person and virtual training classes
• Provide support to families and community members
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
• Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
• Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all marketing requirements through company provided forms

What we look for in an Entry Level Community Fundraising Representative:

• Bachelors in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, promotions, PR or related field,
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, precision, and attention to details
• Professional demeanor and impeccable student mentality with a drive to gain new skills
• Upbeat and positive outlook
• Ability to convey our charity partners core message to potential donors
