Role Responsibilities:



Works with key volunteers, stakeholders, donors and participants to plan, execute, achieve budget and evaluate our signature Walk4MD event and other events based fundraising initiatives

Partners with Firefighters and Fire Departments to raise funds and community awareness

Connects supporters and stakeholders to meaningful, personalized, fundraising opportunities that benefit our clients and programs

Maintains and grows a portfolio of key stakeholders, event participants, team captains, Fire Departments and Fire fighters with established retention goals; initiates and maximizes discovery, cultivation and stewardship opportunities

Ensures stakeholders receive correspondence, required support and updates in a timely, personalized and professional manner

Collaborates with staff, volunteers and partners to customize/enhance fundraising initiatives. Assesses local needs, conditions and historical results, trends and provides recommendations to increase revenue

Provides support and direction to volunteer committees to deliver fundraising results. This includes creating and implementing fundraising strategies, tactics, recruiting committee members, providing training, and attending committee meetings

Prepares material such as presentations, letters, stewardship reports and other relevant documents/materials that supports the recruitment, cultivation and solicitation of donors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, etc.

Provides direct support to volunteers, partners, clients and donors to help them achieve their fundraising goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
