A passion for fundraising and making a difference High energy, a positive attitude, and team spirit Strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for donors, colleagues, and partners An appreciation for volunteers and their essential role in our mission Exceptional communication skills and confidence in picking up the phone for meaningful conversations Tech-savviness with the ability to learn new databases and software Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting fundraising targets and being accountable for your portfolio Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed A valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation and ability to travel within the province

Your Role & Responsibilities:



Lead and grow key fundraising initiatives - plan, execute, and evaluate our Walk4MD event and other fundraising programs Engage and partner with Firefighters and Fire Departments to raise funds and awareness Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders - creating personalized and meaningful fundraising opportunities Steward and expand a portfolio of key supporters, including event participants, team captains, Fire Departments, and Firefighters Provide exceptional support - ensuring stakeholders receive timely and personalized communication Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to enhance fundraising strategies tailored to local needs and historical trends Support and lead volunteer committees - helping them recruit, strategize, and execute fundraising efforts successfully Empower volunteers, donors, and partners with the tools and guidance they need to achieve their fundraising goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
