This position is funded through the Ontario Job Creation Partnerships (OJCP) program.
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
? Be an Ontario resident

Position Overview
Establish systems, processes, and measurement frameworks to support GrowBuildLearn's community education programs while coordinating program delivery in the Niagara Region. This administrative and impact-focused role combines program coordination, data management, IT systems setup, and impact measurement to ensure effective program operations and demonstrate community outcomes.
This role is perfect for detail-oriented administrators, program coordinators with data skills, or those passionate about using systems and measurement to maximize social impact and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Impact Measurement & Data Management (20%)
? Design and implement comprehensive impact measurement systems for community programs
? Track program participation, demographics, and learning outcomes across all community initiatives
? Collect, analyze, and visualize data on food production, community reach, and environmental impact
? Conduct participant surveys and feedback collection to assess program effectiveness
? Create impact dashboards and regular reporting for stakeholders, funders, and leadership
? Document success stories, testimonials, and case studies from community participants
? Develop standardized data collection tools and evaluation frameworks
? Analyze program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
? Maintain participant databases and ensure data privacy compliance
? Support grant reporting with accurate, compelling impact data
Systems & IT Administration (20%)
? Set up and maintain program management systems and digital tools
? Implement and manage CRM system for community partnerships and participant tracking
? Configure project management tools for team collaboration and workflow
? Establish file management systems and documentation protocols
? Support Growbie AI Dashboard deployment and user onboarding for community partners
? Troubleshoot basic IT issues for staff and community partners
? Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
? Develop templates for program materials, reports, and communications
? Manage digital infrastructure for community workshops (registration, virtual meetings, etc.)
? Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place
Program Administration & Coordination (30%)
? Provide administrative support for community and school education programs in Niagara Region
? Coordinate scheduling and logistics for workshops, events, and community activities
? Manage program materials inventory and ordering supplies
? Process participant registrations and maintain attendance records
? Coordinate with community partners on program logistics and requirements
? Support budget tracking and expense reporting for community programs
? Prepare materials and resources for workshop facilitators
? Manage communications with community partners and participants
? Assist with event setup and coordination as needed
Partnership Support & Research (30%)
? Maintain partnership database and track engagement with community organizations
? Conduct research on best practices in community education and impact measurement
? Support partnership development with background research and materials preparation
? Identify potential funding opportunities and gather data for grant applications
? Compile partnership reports and communication materials
? Research emerging trends in food security, urban agriculture, and community education
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
? Post-secondary diploma or degree in program evaluation, data analytics, business administration, information systems, nonprofit management, or related field experience
? 2-3 years experience in program administration, data management, or operations coordination
? Demonstrated experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting
? Experience setting up or managing administrative systems and processes
? Proficiency with technology, databases, and digital tools

? Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
? Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or similar)
? Knowledge of survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or similar)
? Basic understanding of database management and data privacy principles
? Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
? Experience with file management systems and cloud storage
? Ability to create clear documentation and standard operating procedures
? Understanding of program evaluation methodologies and impact measurement frameworks
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required!)
? Experience with social impact measurement or nonprofit program evaluation
? Certification or training in data analytics, program evaluation, or project management
? Knowledge of Logic Models, Theory of Change, or similar impact frameworks
? Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages
? Familiarity with environmental or social impact metrics and reporting standards
? Background in IT support or systems administration
? Experience with grant reporting and funder communications
? Knowledge of PIPEDA and data privacy regulations
? Understanding of food security issues and community development
? Experience working with community organizations or nonprofits
? Bilingual (English/French) an asset

Work Environment
This role is primarily based at the GBL office in Niagara with occasional travel to community partner sites in the Niagara Region for data collection, program observations, and partnership meetings. Work is largely computer-based involving data entry, analysis, reporting, and systems management, with some in-person coordination for program logistics and events. Schedule is primarily weekday business hours with occasional evening or weekend hours during community events for data collection or program support. Physical requirements include computer work for extended periods, occasional lifting of program materials, and travel to community sites within Niagara Region.
Typical Week Might Include:
? Monday-Tuesday: Data analysis, dashboard updates, and impact reporting at GBL office
? Wednesday: CRM system configuration and process documentation at office
? Thursday: Site visit to community partner in St. Catharines for participant surveys + program observation
? Friday: Grant report preparation, team meetings, and partnership database updates
