Communications Leads are shaping / handling communications to all audiences to strengthen and protect Amdocs' global brand and reputation, and to further establish the company as the premiere supplier, partner, investment opportunity and employer of choice.

What will your job look like?

You will:

  • Develop integrated communications strategies and plans across corporate, portfolio and regional functions to deliver programs and materials that directly support company, business and marketing goals
  • Define and develop a clear company voice with corporate messages that best articulates things we value and ensure that all internal and external materials and company spokespersons reinforce those messages
  • Act as a communication advisor to the CEO and senior management team, providing leadership and management over strategic and appropriate executive speaking platforms and channels
  • Work in partnership with strategic corporate functions to create, deliver and run official company communications, technical communications and channels.
  • Provide strategic direction for stakeholder relationship programs to generate and influence the desired interest and coverage and provide timely reporting and analysis of communication programs' business impact and uses the results to redefine communications strategy
  • Manage crisis and issue-related communications effectively, ensuring that Amdocs' reputation is not adversely impacted
  • Set the professional, quality standards and guidelines for all communications and make sure they are consistently adhered to
All you need is...
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in the area of Marketing, PR, Communications, Law etc., however, a MBA- Desired
  • Highly professional manager with a minimum of 10 years of leading marketing or communications roles - with 5 years of direct relevant managerial experience
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and distinctively different communications strategies along with experience interacting with the relevant audience group (e.g., AR - analysts, PR - press, customers)
  • Experience in managing a multi-cultural team and working in/with hi-tech and B-2-B multinational companies
  • Experience working with and managing vendors (e.g., Public Relations/Media agencies, Industry Analyst firms)
  • Budget management experience
  • Fluency in English - both in written and spoken
