Aritzia is growing and our People Communications team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering dynamic internal communications and engagement strategies to drive the enrollment of our internal initiatives and programs with our people. As the Digital Content Specialist, People Communications, you will support with designing, building, testing, publishing, and ensuring all people communications content meets quality assurance standards. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also coordinate performance measurement to ensure internal communications informs and inspires our people while resulting in strong engagement. THE ROLE

As the Digital Content Specialist, People Communications, you will design and build digital content that:

  • Connect our people to our leadership\xe2\x80\x99s vision, business objectives, and results
  • Effectively inform on and encourage participation with regular programs
  • Promote engagement by recognizing wins and uniting our team around company perks
  • Clearly and empathetically communicate change to foster resilience and flexibility
  • Ensure the delivery of People Communications reflects and supports the business objectives while embodying Everyday Luxury to our internal audiences
  • Support the function of world-class People Communications to ensure organizational consistency and effective performance measurement
THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Digital Content Specialist, People Communications, has:
  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in digital content design, including but not limited to expertise working with:
  • MailChimp
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator etc.)
  • Zoom Webinar Hosting
  • SharePoint
  • UX Design
  • HTML Coding
  • Google Analytics
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia\'s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
