About the Role:




We are seeking a

Communications Coordinator

to provide critical support across multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of communication strategies and deliverables.



The coordinator will work within a multi-disciplined, fast-paced, changing environment and bring knowledge of communications best practices and marketing ethics, exceptional writing skills, and experience in digital marketing growth and distribution. This role will provide information to different members of the Communications team, as well as other teams across CAAT. The incumbent will anticipate needs and make recommendations on different situations upon manager approval.

As the Newest Member of our Team, You'll:



Develop and adhere to workback schedules to ensure timelines and key milestones are achieved on time, and bottlenecks are identified early in the planning process. Comfortable escalating issues as needed and acting as point of contact for project related questions or discussion. Support end-to-end communication processes, including scheduling meetings and reviews with multiple stakeholders, notes during meetings, research, writing, design, deployment and measurement. Coordinate communication services such as design, web publishing, social media, and translation, as well as submitting invoices. Create and maintain an inventory of communications collateral such as letters, booklets, and website content, and implement processes for maintaining accuracy and timeliness of material. Support content development (including writing and editing new content, reviewing content for updates, etc.). Assist in the execution of communications and marketing tactics in support of organizational communications strategies, such as website and portal updates, and e-newsletter delivery. Liaise with a range of business areas to determine communications involvement and recommend optimal processes for executing requirements.

To Succeed, You Bring:



2+ years' experience in communications or marketing, with a focus on content development and project coordination. Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field. Strong writing, editing, and digital content development skills Experience with tools like Canva, Descript, Adobe Pro Reader, CMS platforms, and Siteimprove (asset).
