Are you looking to grow your skills in strategic communications, advocacy, and digital engagement?If this sounds like you, we've got an exciting opportunity that could be the perfect fit.We're looking for a Communications & Content Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting meaningful initiatives across Quebec.In this role, you'll contribute to impactful communications that boost visibility, build credibility, and strengthen relationships with members, stakeholders, and government partners.It's a great opportunity to expand your skills, take ownership of exciting projects, and work on a variety of content and communication strategies-all while supporting initiatives that matter to people and businesses in the province.What you'll do:- Support internal and external communications activities from planning to execution.
- Write and edit content for newsletters, press releases, web pages, social media, and more.
- Help track political and industry updates relevant to the retail sector.
- Contribute to advocacy efforts and assist in preparing materials for campaigns and events.
- Collaborate on communication projects with external partners and members.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Support digital content creation and online engagement strategies.

- Summer Fridays - enjoy early finishes most weeks during the summerWe would love to meet:- This role is ideal for someone with around 2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field-someone who's ready to step up, contribute creatively, and grow professionally in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
- Completed College degree in communications, public relations, political science, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in French and English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, public affairs, strategic communications, or a similar field.
- Experience in a communications agency, PR firm, or political environment is a strong asset.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive - a true team player.
-Strong English writing skills are essential to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with national initiatives.
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Other Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
