We're looking for a Communications & Content Coordinator to join a dynamic team working on high-impact initiatives across Quebec.
In this role, you'll have the chance to contribute to compelling communication campaigns, help strengthen relationships with members, stakeholders, and government partners, and gain hands-on experience in public affairs and advocacy. You'll also support initiatives that matter to Quebec's people and businesses-making it a great opportunity to apply your education, develop new skills, and grow within a supportive and mission-driven environment.
What you'll do:
- Support internal and external communications activities from planning to execution.
- Write and edit content for newsletters, press releases, web pages, social media, and more.
- Help track political and industry updates relevant to the retail sector.
- Contribute to advocacy efforts and assist in preparing materials for campaigns and events.
- Collaborate on communication projects with external partners and members.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Support digital content creation and online engagement strategies.
- Help keep projects organized and running smoothly.

We would love to meet someone who is:
- A recent graduate with completed education in communications, public relations, political science, journalism, or a related field, eager to launch their career and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills in both French and English.
- Passionate about public affairs, strategic communications, and storytelling that makes an impact.
- Familiar with communications through internships, volunteer work, school projects, or part-time roles-experience in a PR agency, political setting, or communications-focused environment is a strong asset.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive-a team player who's excited to contribute and learn.
- Confident writing in English, with strong attention to tone, clarity, and consistency, particularly when supporting national initiatives.
- Interested in or familiar with the retail sector (an asset, but not required).

- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Writing and developing content, as well as supporting communication efforts across regions outside of Quebec
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
