Role and Responsibilities

The Public Affairs and Global Communications team is a committed and creative team that contributes to the company\xe2\x80\x99s success through strategic communications, social responsibility and public affairs initiatives. The role we are offering you: Working hand in hand with our business units and corporate functions, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and support different projects, both internally and externally. Are you ready to:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external communications campaigns, strategies, programs and corporate events.
  • As product owner of our corporate intranet, drive the roadmap and manage priorities.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of new corporate communications tools, managing change and driving engagement within the team.
  • Develop and support various company-wide communication channels and vehicles (newsletters, presentations, blogs).
  • Develop concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers for their employee communications and external communications.
Our ideal candidate has:
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or related discipline.
  • 4-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate or marketing communications.
  • Bilingual with excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English and French.
  • Experience in communications planning and project management.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of autonomy and self-discipline.
  • Ability to show initiative, autonomy and creativity.
