Job Description


Working with the Marketing team, we are looking for a driven and creative professional who will be responsible for the production of internal communications at Richter. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking and an inspired approach to enhancing and disseminating Richter\xe2\x80\x99s brand, messaging and expertise to a variety of internal audiences. We are seeking an individual who is willing to present new ideas and fresh thinking when it comes to the execution of communication plans, print and digital material, employee engagement and special projects. Responsibilities: Our Communications Advisor, will shape and create content, ensuring tone of voice and style are consistent with the Richter brand. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing the internal communication strategy and plans tailored to the needs of Richter\xe2\x80\x99s internal audiences
  • Executing the various tactics of the communication plan \xe2\x80\x93 Articles, posts, speeches; internal events; videos, etc.
  • Responsible for overseeing the intranet strategy and intranet postings
  • Drafting internal communications in English and in French

Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 Musts have\xe2\x80\x99s:
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • University degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar field
  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
  • Impeccable written English and French communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and identify and manage priorities
  • Ability to navigate a complex professional environment and work directly with partners, as well as professionals of all levels
  • Creativity, autonomy and takes initiative
  • Adept at building trusting relationships with in-demand professionals
