WHAT YOU WILL DO (Truth & Responsibilities)

Your mandate is simple and demanding:

Engage homeowners

Canvassing, networking, community outreach, door-to-door, events, referrals -- you build your own pipeline.

Diagnose problems

Conduct our digital comfort analysis (air leaks, condensation, thermal loss, etc.).

Present solutions

(Influence) Emotion-first conversations Show transformation (destination, not the airplane) Lead homeowners to clarity and confidence

Close deals

With integrity, transparency, and zero pressure.
