Role Overview:
As a
Commission-Only Sales Representative
, your mission is to generate and close new business opportunities for Binarium's IT / MSP service lines. You will engage prospects, manage your own pipeline, propose solutions, negotiate and close deals, and partner with our technical teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
You will:
Prospect new leads via cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels
Qualify prospects, uncover technology pain points, and position Binarium's service offerings
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
Work with technical team to build statements of work, pricing, and scopes
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report metrics
Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities with both new and existing clients
Build long-term relationships and drive client retention
(B2B)
Strong closing skills, negotiation, and business development track record
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment (no guaranteed base)
Self-motivated, disciplined, able to manage your time and pipeline
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
Existing relationships or network in SMB / mid-market clients is a strong plus
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Willingness to liaise with internal teams (engineering, delivery, operations)
Requirements:
3-5 years Technical + Sales experience
Familiar with server hardware (any one of IBM/HP/Dell/SuperMicro), Virtualization(any platform), networking, VoIP.
Generally tech savvy and keeps up with latest technology trends.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Excellent organization and communication skills
Willingness and able to travel throughout Canada & U.S.
Must have valid Driver's License & reliable vehicle
Other terms / notes:
Commission payments made after client payments are verified and delivery is confirmed
Some commission tiers may require meeting minimum quotas to unlock higher rates
In case of client cancellation or refund within a short period, clawbacks may apply
You will have access to sales collateral, technical support, and qualified leads (partial)
