Commission-Only Sales Representative - Multi-Unit Renovation Projects

Are you a confident, results-driven sales professional with connections in real estate, property development, or property management?

We're a fast-growing renovation company specializing in

full-scope, multi-unit renovations

for

property developers and property management groups.

We're looking for an experienced

Sales Representative

to help expand our B2B client base -- on a

100% commission basis.

What We Do:

We offer full-service renovation solutions for:

Multi-residential units (occupied or vacant) Rental property turnovers Complete interior upgrades (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, paint, finishes) Custom packages tailored for developers and building owners
What You'll Do:

Prospect and connect with property developers, REITs, and property management firms Generate leads and set up project consultations Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers Present tailored renovation solutions and close contracts Act as a liaison between the client and our project team

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in

B2B sales

(real estate, construction, or property services preferred) Strong local network in the

property development

or

property management

sector Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Self-motivated, accountable, and target-oriented Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel locally

This is a commission-only role ideal for motivated individuals seeking flexible, performance-based income in the renovation and property services space.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$175,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
