Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience working in a Commissary kitchen
- Ensures quality standards are met.
- Food Production
- Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
- Works closely with the Logistic Coordinator to ensure goals such as production plans, budgets, food cost, etc. are met.
- Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and food production, as required
- Meet deadlines of large volume production
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Keeps work station clean and tidy
- Hands-on in all areas, as required
- Knowledge of Mexican Cuisine is an asset
- One meal per shift
