Key responsibilities: (NOT LIMITED TO)
Ensures quality standards are met.
Food Production
Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
Works closely with the Logistic Coordinator to ensure goals such as production plans, budgets, food cost, etc. are met.
Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and food production, as required
Meet deadlines of large volume production
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Keeps work station clean and tidy
Hands-on in all areas, as required
Requirements:
Knowledge of Mexican Cuisine is an asset
