Experience de travail en soutien administratif et en service a la clientele. Grand sens de l'organisation, bon esprit d'initiative avec un profil autodidacte. Capacite d'adaptation et de gestion des priorites. Fortes habiletes informatiques et redactionnelles, bonne orthographe.

Les defis qui t'attendent :



Effectuer toutes les taches administratives afin de soutenir le directeur : gestion des courriels et de l'agenda, gestion des factures, suivi et mise a jour des comptes clients. Gerer quotidiennement les appels et les rediriger au besoin aux bonnes personnes, traiter le courrier du centre, faire la petite caisse, effectuer les depots, gerer les comptes a payer, proceder aux reclamations de fret et aux resumes quotidiens des livraisons. Signaler au directeur toute anomalie administrative et recommander les ameliorations afin d'assurer des processus administratifs fiables et efficaces. Collaborer avec l'equipe afin de bien comprendre les operations du centre, de connaitre les produits et les fournisseurs et de bien maitriser les systemes utilises. Coordonner des evenements ou des projets ponctuels : salons, evenements client, etc.

Do you have what we're looking for?



Work experience in administrative support and customer service. Well-organized, resourceful and an independent learner. Adaptable and able to prioritize. Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.

Challenges awaiting you:



Support the manager by performing all administrative tasks: manage email and scheduling, manage billing, track and update accounts receivable. Manage day-to-day calls and redirect them to the right person as required, process the business centre's mail, balance the petty cash, make deposits, manage accounts payable, process freight claims and daily delivery summaries. Inform the manager of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure that administrative processes are reliable and efficient. Work with the team to fully understand the business centre's operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with the systems in use. Coordinate occasional events or projects: shows, customer events, etc.
