Job Summary

Airtech is seeking Commercial Sheet Metal Installers to join our growing team. These driven individuals assist in commercial, institutional, and industrial air systems. Successful candidates will have experience with the sheet metal trade and HVAC installation. They are willing to ask questions to advance their knowledge and guide apprentices in their understanding.

Duties and Responsibilities

Install and repair sheet metal products according to specifications and building code Install dust collection systems Install commercial kitchen ventilation systems Install air handling equipment, furnaces, fans, air terminal devices, and split system air conditioners Load and unload equipment and materials needed for the job Work safely and adequately at all times and from heights Read and understand blueprints Take accurate measurements and action them appropriately

Qualifications

Mechanically inclined Manual dexterity and physical stamina Driven and dependable Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Experienced sheet metal worker, either fourth year or journeyman and/or general laborer with interest in pursuing sheet metal apprenticeship

Working Hours

Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Overtime after 8 hours and on weekends, on occasion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $21.45-$39.00 per hour
