Job Description

We're looking for an experienced service plumber to join our team.

This role involves commercial plumbing and hydronic system service and repairs across Metro Vancouver. You'll respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, perform troubleshooting, and complete preventative maintenance on a range of plumbing, heating and hydronic systems.

Experience with High-rise buildings is a strong asset.

Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of building systems, and a professional approach when communicating with clients. Attention to detail in note taking, identifying solutions and recommendations, and equipment and materials preparation is essential.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Follow current plumbing codes and safety standards. Identify, diagnose, repair and maintain plumbing, heating and hydronic system components and fixtures in commercial buildings. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Good interpersonal skills and patience. Provide repair or maintenance recommendations. Communicate clearly with the office, dispatch and clients. Pay special attention to clients' needs and requests. Use mobile app technology for work orders and reporting. Red seal plumbing qualification is an asset. Valid class B gas fitter ticket with minimum 4 years of experience as a plumber. Valid drivers license with a clean abstract is required. Own basic plumbing tools. Company power tools are provided. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service. Cross connection Control certification is an asset. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions. Maintain an organized van ( Parts, tools & equipment)
