Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Real Estate Clerk to join our Kitchener office.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a Law Clerk or similar program Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting seeing commercial real estate deals through from start to finish Exceptional administrative and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The right candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

Administration of commercial sales, purchases, and refinances Private mortgage preparation Reporting and billing
