Our Surrey based property management client is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career further for the long term.
Salary ranging from$100,000 - $130,000

*Overall responsibility for the day-to-day and long-term operations and performance of a portfolio of commercial properties
- Ensuring the properties are maintained to the company\'s high standards
- Delivering a high level of service while achieving maximum financial performance and tenant satisfaction
- Ongoing leasing of commercial properties
- Negotiating leases in a timely manner
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
