Business is booming! ICR is growing and we need another property manager on our commercial team! As the property manager you will be responsible for the following: - Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties and act as a liaison between the owners and tenants. - Perform regular property inspections of customer suites, common areas, building exteriors, and landscape. - Ensure effective management of loss prevention, risk management, security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, snow removal, ventilation, heating, cooling and other daily activities. - Develop operating income and expense budgets and capital budgets that meet cash flow requirements. - Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements including operating variances from budget, cash management and strategies for collecting receivables. - Administer leases, reviewing all tenant billings, analyzing lease clauses, preparation of vacancy reports, enforcing tenant compliance and performing landlord obligations. - Manage repairs, maintenance issues, and tenant improvement projects to ensure completions are on time and on budget. Someone who has superior communication skills, is highly organized, and be client focused will ensure the department continues to grow. Previous experience with commercial real estate or finance would be considered an asset. A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and access to a vehicle is a must for this role. Previous experience with Yardi Voyager would also be considered an asset. Total compensation package will be based on experience and skill set.
