$40.00-55.00 per hour,

based on skillset and experience.



STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE



A typical schedule of

Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL PLUMBING JOURNEYPERSON:





We're looking for someone who can manage these responsibilities:


Rough-ins, groundworks and installing of new plumbing systems in commercial buildings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions Lead and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and hands-on training Perform system tests using air and water pressure gauges to detect leaks and other issues Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

And who can meet these qualifications:


Journeyman Plumber certification Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
