Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Commercial Service Plumber/Gasfitter

to join our team on a full-time basis. This position involves service work, preventative maintenance, and overseeing small installation projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing and heating systems, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, effective communication, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing and heating systems Perform routine maintenance and inspections Install plumbing and heating components as required Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Ensure compliance with local plumbing and mechanical codes Deliver excellent on-site customer service Work safely and effectively in both independent and team settings

Qualifications:

Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter certification

(required)

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

(required) 3+ Years of Service and/or Preventative Maintenance Experience (preferred) Experience in new construction environments (preferred) Strong knowledge of plumbing, gas fitting, hot water heating, and boiler systems Ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality Good organizational and paperwork skills, including maintaining a service van Effective communication, punctuality, and reliability Gasfitter - Class A and/or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic (HVAC) certification considered a strong asset, but not required
