OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL PLUMBING FOREMAN
We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:
Journeyman Plumber certification
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with job site coordination, project scheduling, and team supervision
Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials
Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
And who can manage these responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all plumbing activities on commercial job sites
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of journeymen and apprentice plumbers
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installations
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Schedule and coordinate work assignments to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
Enforce company safety policies and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures
