Overview

Goose Mechanical is actively seeking a Foreman to add to our expanding team of dedicated tradespeople. The Ideal candidate will have experience on commercial jobsites both small and large and be willing to take the lead on the site management duties on 1 or more projects. Experience in the role is not a must but is preferred. Attention to detail, professionalism, High Work Quality, Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, planning skills, and positive attitude are a must,

Duties

Lead and supervise plumbing crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes. Coordinate between office and site GC management based on daily and weekly tasks and material requirements Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and client expectations. Manage emails and other communications from several project stakeholders Utilize software tools to complete daily reports and receive material Working Foreman duties installing pipe, equipment, and fixtures, Meet with city inspectors as required to ensure work is completed to code.

Qualifications

Journeyman Red Seal plumber and Gasfitter Up to date knowledge of current industry practices and standards Management experience is an asset. Proven experience on commercial sites managing small and large projects. Excellent Communication skills Attention to detail and organization, Strong Work Ethic Positive Attitude,
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
