Commercial/Residential Foreman

5+ years of experience overseeing a diverse range of commercial and residential construction projects

, demonstrating proven leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Direct & monitor

commercial and residential

projects to ensure strict accordance with contract documents, company construction methods, and industry best practices Ensure safety compliance on all worksites Ensure completion of all daily reports Responsible for enforcing all project quality-control policies Read blueprints and complete/participate in developing construction plans and schedules prior to project start Provide problem-solving solutions to design challenges, including conflicts, unidentified existing interferences, and errors/omissions Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, trades, and representatives Lead and support field teams to ensure successful project delivery and craftsmanship
