Spanding over multiple offices, our client holds a strong presence all over Canada for legal services. With thousands of lawyers, they are able to cover almost every area of law you can think of, from Commercial Real Estate to Indigenous Law to Labour & Employment to Corporate, etc.!

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to be heavily involved in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings files, with varying levels of complexity as you progress within the firm. After probation, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to work on a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days from home.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Drafting pleadings, briefs, and reports
• Gathering witness statements
• Preparing documents for arbitrations, hearings, and trials
• Organizing files
• Handling client correspondence

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of Paralegal experience
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation
• Experience with handling arbitrations is a major asset
• Ability to hit billable targets of 1200 hours
• Proficiency in iManage, ACL, and Relativity are an asset

COMPENSATION

• $65,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $90,000
• 3 weeks vacation
