Salary: $140,000.00 (may increase commensurate with experience), plus bonuses and full benefits. Requirement: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation Refcio & Associates is a full-service boutique law firm with a head office in London and satellite offices located in Burlington and Toronto. We are currently seeking a Lawyer to join our growing Civil and Commercial Litigation department in our London office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate is looking for a well-established practice that has a stable, collegial working environment that encourages continuous professional development. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Excellent academic credentials \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills \xc2\xb7 Team-player who wants to work with other established lawyers who will encourage and support the successful candidate \xc2\xb7 Previous financial and business experience considered an asset The main responsibilities for this role will include: \xc2\xb7 Carriage of and responsibility for handling various civil and commercial litigation files with a focus on real estate disputes, construction lien, franchising and collections for all of the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s established corporate clients \xc2\xb7 Valid Ontario Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Licence with access to a vehicle, in case travel to alternative Firm locations is required on occasion, but the successful candidate will also be provided with access and use of Firm\xe2\x80\x99s progressive remote access capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Representing the Firm visibly in the community; participation in local charitable community activities which the Firm supports If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your cover letter and resume online.
