We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Litigation Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience to join our growing litigation group. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident litigator to work on commercial matters with a high level of autonomy, while being supported by experienced partners and colleagues in a dynamic and collegial environment. Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, located in Burlington, ON.

The successful candidate will handle a variety of legal issues, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court. Key responsibilities include:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes Provide strategic advice to clients across a range of industries Conduct legal research Draft pleadings, affidavits, factums, and correspondence Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations Work closely with partners and clients to deliver commercially sound legal outcomes Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives

About You

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply) Strong technical skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage files autonomously and as part of a team A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
