**Commercial Leasing Manager role**

THE JOB
While reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for a robust office and industrial portfolio. You will provide strategic advice on the real estate market and its trends.
Some of your duties will include:

• Preparing, negotiating, and drafting Lease Proposals
• Managing existing tenancies and relationships with tenants.
• Assisting with future planning for optimal property lifecycle.
• Preventing reports to senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience of Leasing Office/ Industrial Buildings
• Negotiating skills to close lease agreements
• Obtained Real Estate license.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary
• Bonus (15%)
• Fully covered medical and dental
• Pension
• 3 weeks vacation and 10 personal days
• Car Allowance and Auto insurance
