Position: Commercial Leasing Analyst
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $75K (based on experience) + hybrid work schedule
Job Type: 15-month contract with strong chance of becoming permanent

As a pivotal member of the team, you\'ll be responsible for:- Oversee accurate data updates in the tenant administration system.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to inquiries from tenants, center managers, and accountants...and more!
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate (commercial prefered)
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Word / Excel)
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
