Project creation/management in our LimeTAC PO System
Issuing purchase orders to both internal and external installers
Working with our installers on any system related issues
Overage management and adjudication with Commercial Directors
Communication with internal Commercial sales & comcare team
Accounting adjudication and balancing
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Qualifications
Previous experience in an admin, shop or customer service environment required
Professional phone etiquette and empathy for sensitive circumstances
Utmost discretion with confidential customer information
Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset
Strong attention to detail.
Superior organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong desire to take ownership and accountability of task completion.
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Knowledge of LimeTAC an asset.
Ability to work effectively with and without supervision
Experience in the Furniture or Appliance/Electronic industry is an asset
High School or Equivalent is required
