Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, 2ply torch, epdm, TPO Perform caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications. Conduct inspections of existing roofs to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and handymen on construction projects. Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer or in a related construction field. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks. Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights. Good problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality for addressing on-site challenges. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour
