Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across various sites Assign tasks based on project needs and material requirements Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications Maintain accurate personnel records Recommend staffing actions, such as hiring or termination Address and resolve personnel and operational issues through team collaboration Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Distribute supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations Lead and support service representatives to achieve top-tier performance Promote and upsell additional cleaning services to clients

Requirements:

Full G-Class driver's license (must be comfortable driving and walking throughout the day) Strong leadership and communication skills Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Previous supervisory or janitorial experience is an asset
