We are looking for a responsible individual to assist the Collision Centre Manager with day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Greeting clients & coordinating appointments Assessing vehicle damage and creating estimates Managing emails, phone calls, & letters Contacting insurance companies regarding auto claim Generating weekly status report Maintaining confidential files
Qualifications:

Bilingual (an asset) High school diploma or equivalent Being able to multitask Punctual & reliable Computer literate Experience in customer service Some automotive knowledge is required
