What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process with professionalism and empathy Write clear, accurate damage estimates using

Mitchell Estimating

Process and manage files through

PBS

and

Bodyshop Connect

Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure proper repair authorizations Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to align estimates with OEM repair procedures and timelines Provide regular updates to customers to ensure confidence and satisfaction Track and manage estimates to meet cycle time, CSI, and profitability targets

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Collision Estimator in a dealership or body shop Proficiency with

Mitchell Estimating

PBS

, and

Bodyshop Connect

Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and insurance guidelines Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to handle a fast-paced workflow and manage multiple files Valid driver's license
