Role Description: College Sales Manager - Domestic Admissions Lead Position Overview: As the Sales Manager for College Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the admissions process to achieve enrollment targets. Reporting directly to the College Director, you will lead a dynamic admissions team, employing strategic sales methodologies to attract and convert prospective students. This role requires a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the college admissions landscape, and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership with Enrollment Targets: Lead, motivate, and mentor the admissions team to achieve individual and collective enrollment goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and provide ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness. Personally achieve domestic enrollment targets for the Brampton campus and manage a team to achieve targets at their respective Campuses in Ottawa, Waterloo and Toronto. Enrollment Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to refine and adapt enrollment strategies. Target Achievement in Admissions and Receivables: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets are met or exceeded. Implement corrective actions and strategies when necessary to address any shortfalls. Manage receivables tasks related to students fees. Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with academic departments, faculty, and other key stakeholders to align admissions efforts with the overall mission and goals of the college. Assist with creating compelling campaigns and materials to attract and enroll prospective students. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the admissions process for efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in prospective student care to streamline the student journey from inquiry to enrollment. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments to the admissions strategy. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all admissions practices comply with relevant regulations, and ethical standards.
