Duties

Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payment. Utilize accounting software to track payments, account status, and customer interactions. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Employ effective phone etiquette to communicate with customers regarding their accounts. Negotiate payment plans or settlements while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving disputes. Perform data entry tasks related to account management and payment tracking. Collaborate with the accounting team on accounts payable processes as needed. Analyze financial data to identify trends in payment behaviors and improve collection strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts receivable and payable. Proficiency in accounting software and data entry systems. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for both the company and customers. Exceptional math skills for accurate account analysis and reconciliation. Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Pay: $49,908.01-$69,682.19 per year
