Due to expanded growth, we are seeking a dynamic Collections and Payroll Specialist to join our team! This unique hybrid role combines the critical functions between accounting and payroll, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash and Bank Reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliation
Support in monthly closing process
Assurance the AP and AR Aging are accurate and represent the reality
Assurance that the AR are reconciled
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Maintaining employee files and ensuring accuracy, including personal information, tax details, employment status, and more.
Provide assistance with auditing timesheets and Login Logs.
Manage a large portfolio of employees
Understand payroll calendars and payroll cycles
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
CORE COMPETENCIES
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes.
Knowledge of spreadsheets and other computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
