- COCKTAIL ROOM MANAGER
The Cocktail Room Manager is accountable for planning, directing and overseeing all front of house operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking of customer behaviour, sales, invoicing, and managing inventory.
Creating, designing and implementing new cocktail menus including maintaining drink recipe documentation and training materials.
Hiring, training, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or firing staff.
Tracking of customer behaviour, sales, invoicing, and managing inventory.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the drinks industry; establishing professional networks; benchmarking best practices.
Determining employee scheduling; organizing and adjusting staff schedules in accordance with available resources.
Creating process/documentation for special events. Supervise planning for special events.
Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional and expedited manner.
Ensuring that the bar adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering all products required for FOH and shared properties.
Reinforcing Patent 5's values and commitment to Safer Spaces - demonstrating high personal integrity and business ethics.
Showing leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of craft spirits and cocktails.
Ensure FOH and food preparation areas are kept clean
