About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Cocktail Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and flavor profiles, and will deliver exceptional experiences to our guests through innovative and classic drink creations.

Responsibilities:

Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on current mixology trends and introduce new menu items. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender. Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail preparation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and attention to detail.

Required Certifications:

Proserve Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Deal Us In - Phase 1

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in bartending or mixology. Knowledge of wine and beer pairings.
