Overview

We are a new and dynamic cocktail bar!

We are in search of skilled and passionate Mixologist/Server to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for both part time outgoing and engaging candidates that bring with them a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the industry.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in bartending and a keen understanding of mixology techniques.

As a Mixologist/Server, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation and knowledge of food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections. Memorize bar menu as well as key cocktails that are off-menu as options for guests looking to try something different. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with servers to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service.

Skills

Proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail preparation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Strong multitasking ability Knowledge of food safety practices within a bar environment. Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
