Bramble is hiring a Cocktail Bartender who cares about service, teamwork, and looking after guests.

We're a busy neighbourhood spot with a strong bar program and a warm, guest-focused atmosphere. Cocktails matter, but the way we take care of people matters more.

What we're looking for

A bartender who knows the classics and can create new drinks, but understands that hospitality comes first. Someone who works well with others and supports the full team, not just the bar. Confident, calm, and organised during busy service. Strong knowledge of spirits and wine. Smart Serve certified.

What you'll do

Make great cocktails with consistency and care. Give guests a warm, professional experience from the moment they sit down. Work closely with servers, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service smooth. Help shape seasonal menus and bring ideas to the bar program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
