Agabet Machine ltd. is looking for a CNC machine Programmer. We use conversational "Fanuc Easy Guide" programming, and MasterCam when required. We are a high production shop looking for good hearted person to join our friendly team . One opportunity is currently available for Full time Day Shift. The candidate's duties include:

1. Program parts and machine according to manufacturing orders, blueprints, and work instructions

2. Set-up CNC machines, coach and train staff for set-ups.

4. Set machines efficiently to complete full cycles to fabricate small and large number of parts.

5. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

6. Interpret drawings/blueprints and customer requirements to ensure quality needs are met or exceeded.

8. Check and maintain machinery to ensure functionality.

9. Follow safety procedures performing all duties.

10. Document all actions by completing a job sheet.

11. Verify and record specifications and information on Quality Control (QC) Report

Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
Requirements:

1. At least 2 years proven experience as a CNC programmer.

2. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

5. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.

6. A keen eye for details and result-driven approach.

7. Good communication skills.

8. High school diploma or equivalent.

9. Be able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
