Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual for the position of C?n Ch?y Ban. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience while efficiently managing their tables.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation. Handle cash and process payments as needed, adhering to all company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are essential. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
